Youth | The Future Camp

Join us for the 6th Annual Youth | The Future Camp in Phoenix, AZ, designed for young quarterbacks and wide receivers aspiring to become future Collegiate or NFL prospects. This two-day educational and exciting camp will take place this June and marks the final major camp in 2026 with Coach Giovando and his elite coaching staff.

The evening sessions are scheduled to help participants beat the summer heat while enjoying a combination of learning, friendly competition, and fun. It's a unique opportunity for youth to develop their football skills and ignite their passion for the game in a supportive and inspiring environment.

FUN FACT: This camp has been a training ground for recent notable athletes like Spencer Rattler, drafted by the New Orleans Saints in the fifth round of the 2024 NFL Draft, and Jack Plummer, who signed with the Carolina Panthers. Both quarterbacks have worked with Coach Giovando since the fourth grade.

I hereby release, waive, and hold harmless Elev8QBAcademy, its staff, officers, agents, and affiliates from any and all liability, claims, demands, or causes of action related to cancellations, changes, or inability to attend. Any future camp credit, if offered, is at the sole discretion of Elev8QBAcademy and must be requested in writing to info@MikeGiovando.com.

I acknowledge that if I am a Local Academy Member and choose to register without using the discount code provided by Coach Giovando, which is part of my QB Academy benefits, I am responsible for a $15 processing fee for any refund difference, due to third-party credit card processing fees. I/We, the undersigned parent(s) or legal guardian(s) of the minor participant named above, acknowledge that participation in any Elev8QBAcademy youth camp or related activities involves inherent risks, including but not limited to serious injury, disability, or death. I/We voluntarily allow the participant to take part in these activities and assume all such risks. On behalf of myself/ourselves, the participant, and our heirs, assigns, and representatives, I/We hereby release, waive, and discharge Elev8QBAcademy, its owners, directors, coaches, staff, volunteers, affiliates, and agents from any and all liability, claims, demands, or causes of action arising from injury, loss, or damage connected to participation, except for gross negligence or intentional misconduct by the released parties. I/We agree that the participant will follow all rules and instructions, authorize emergency medical treatment if needed, confirm the participant is in good health with no conditions that would prevent safe participation, and verify that we carry adequate health insurance to cover any medical expenses.
